1/2 c plain yogurt
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp minced shallot
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
2 tsp sugar (optional)
1 tsp
Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
Whisk together all ingredients until smooth.
Store in refrigerator and served chilled.
Makes about 1 cup.
